As part of Woodstock Building Services’ 4-step process for building a stunning new kitchen renovation, we suggest that our clients work with one of our interior designers. This ensures that the latest trends in the kitchen makeover are incorporated into the design, and that the selection of materials and appliances aligns with your unique style, functional requirements, budget, and needs.
Our Kitchen process covers the following proven stages;
- We will arrange a no obligation consultation with you to talk about your outdated kitchen and any additions you would like to include. Typically, we will take some initial measurements before returning to our office to prepare an estimate for you. As part of this stage, we will also provide you with different choices and prices for involving our design team in the creation of your new kitchen.
- The second stage is where our design team will schedule a meeting with you to discuss your current home décor, personal preferences, and the upcoming kitchen project. Following the meeting, the team will craft a customized kitchen design and create a comprehensive list of items and finishes. You can expect to have 1 to 2 consultations to review and refine the plans and specifications for your new kitchen.
- After the plans and specifications have been accepted, a building contract with a ‘fixed price’ will be prepared. This crucial stage in the process guarantees that all aspects are accounted for prior to commencing any work, and provides you with a precise understanding of the total cost of your new kitchen.
- Once you have signed the contract and submitted the deposit, your kitchen project will be added to our project start scheduled. Once construction has commenced, it will be carried out in the most effective way possible, reducing any inconvenience or disruption to you.
